I had a hot tub recommission after 18months idle carried out. The guys were prompt and professional but I felt lacked the 5 star customer care. When the job was complete I went out to take a look and found that the front panel had been left misaligned leaving a gap. A 1" noticeable gap! I pointed it out and they corrected it, but that created a gap on a side panel I didn't notice which I will now have to sort out myself. Given the cost of this service I expected more care. Not sure I'll use again. Update: I received a call and an engineer was sent out to me to rectify the issue. Thank youPosted on Google
mark woodingHot Tub Servicing I have used the Blue Cube Team to conduct the annual service interval on my hot tub. The whole experience from selecting the right level of maintenance, booking and completing the on-site service runs smoothly and efficiently. The engineers are prompt, courteous and happy to assist with any miscellaneous tub issues / questions if asked.
